i don't HAVE to back up what i have said with stats; you're the one who is trying to force things on other people, which DEMANDS statistics, but thus ironically, can not be justified—meanwhile, i merely want to be left alone and cannot produce statistics, but thus ironically, do not require justification.
if you, as an entity, rely on statistics to justify the use of violent force on other people, rationality suggests that you will inevitably reference statistics produced by a nefarious actor who wishes for someone with a claim to the use of violent force to do their bidding because there are nefarious actors who want their goals completed, and there is no natural mechanism in place that necessarily prevents anyone from compiling data that is not truthful to reality.
