Doctors are trash. I spent 2 years having to get up 6 times a night to piss, they couldn't tell me why or do anything about it. I did my own research and went on keto which fixed it 100%. Problem is keto gave me heartburn constantly and they also can't tell me why or do anything about it so now I have to fix that myself too. Can't use my left hand properly because I snapped my middle finger and they cancelled all my physio appointments in case someone gets the flu.
