What are some good ways to make money on ebay?

How the fuck do you handle retarded buyers on eBay.

Delayed package? Refund the buyer.
Buyer bought didn't read the description? Refund the buyer.
Buyer wants the item for free? Refund the buyer.

This piece of shit website is impossible to use at this point but there's no better alternative.

ive been selling used items on eBay for about a year, it makes alright money, but after all the shipping and fees its a pretty petty existence..
Does anyone have long-term experience?
Not asking for your niches.
What's your opionions on used vs new goods, Amazon vs eBay etc.
Also is there any antique/vintage/collectibles dealers on biz?
I only have a high school diploma and I'm high iq, I feel like entrpreneurship is my only hope.
