I think it is just an overview of the entire HAE market. I believe in 2018 the market for HAE drugs was sitting around 3 Billion. They estimate a 15% growth year after year. So you are looking at a market that is around 4 billion. Orladeyo is projected to fetch half a billion in its first year of revenue, and analyst say that is on the conservative side. Once Japan approves they will be a major purchaser as well. Japan jumping on board shows this drug is not just for the american markets. EU and a few other countries are looking for approval in q2. With these being approved and rolled out quickly that 500 million estimate is on the lower end very quickly.

Yes, the japan delay is a little unusual. Some are speculating that the approval has already taken place and they are working out the details of the 50million dollar purchase of the drug. I am not sure if you saw my post last week about the delay.

JMP Securities analyst Jonathan Wolleben reiterates an Outperform rating on BioCryst Pharmaceuticals with a $16 price target after no clinical efficacy benefit was observed for galidesivir versus placebo in the Phase 1 trial and approval for Orladeyo in Japan was "slightly" pushed back to January. The analyst reminds investors that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases was funding the galidesivir study "so this was essentially a free shot on goal." Galidesivir had not been included in Wolleben's model and he still expect Orladeyo approval in Japan. As such, Wolleben views the weakness today in shares of BioCryst as a buying opportunity.

The sell off was a knee jerk reaction to a covid drug. This company doesn't focus on covid, and like I stated above, the covid avenue was financed by the government and hasn't been terminated. That is good news that it could continue. But as a long investor this isn't what I am interested in.

Not to late.
Do some DD there are a few things coming out this month and in Jan that should be just as big of a catalyst as the FDA approval to swing it upwards. Most firms upgraded their target from 12 to 13 today. Seems pretty optimistic.

are you old or overweight with underlying health problems?

which one is it that is causing you to be so fearful?

Children don't give a fuck about a virus and the instant they find out they can go meet mickey their parents will be packing their bags and going. Its fucking magical, not even the Chinese virus can stop that.

Imagine being afraid to leave your house because of something that effects 0.005% of your countries/state/city population. 99% of people who get it, get over it! please stay inside forever, nobody will miss you.

Look up Agenda 201

Also, take a look at the document below. Its from the RF. Literally spells out the same scenario, in which the world follows China into full lock down and imposes extreme laws on citizens, the rest of the world follows.
Whats that? Fourth of July? Cancelled. What's that you're with your friends? Fined.

Order out of chaos
