game theory is a branch (offshoot?) of statistics, and duh

protip: all TA of any kind is lagging indicators, by definition it all has to be

>They run millions of market simulations to find the best strategy required as market conditions change.
or just run a Monte-Carlo analysis, makes everything into easy-peasy stoichiometry

>>Also, I'm a believer in making 3-5 good picks, as opposed to 20-30 picks of varying quality
and that is why you fail, you kneecap yourself with such a narrow focus

entropy controls all, no matter how much you try to fight it

they were bad late january, but ive kind of missed a week or so lately because personal life

my theory is that when everyone is making money, even people who are making terrible choices, the average person gets overconfident, thinks hes the next warren buffet, and they begin tripfaging to enlighten the retarded masses of their good picks

and inevitably they feel pressure once the market starts correcting to maintain their image, so they become brash and shortsighted, and begin posting even more as their funds go down
you know the correction is officially about to happen when you end up getting two or three new tripfags a day is what i notived a couple times recently (fall drops, late december lows, ect)

/smg/ threads seem to be a great way to visually see and measure how overconfident a decent population sample of how overconfident small investors are, with an implied correlation to how overbought/oversold the general market in general is

just watch after the next big dip, tripfags drop like flys the first week or so after a big dip, similar to how they pop up during every massive market-wide rally

reverse image search

there are hundreds that show the same thing, random equal weighted portfolios beat basically every single stock market strategy, while requiring significantly less effort in analysis

through stoichiometric game theory all things are possible

How do I find remote stock related job?

Alternatively, are any of you big business owners interested in hiring a remote worker who is great at math/engineering? (Proficient in MATLAB, AutoCAD, Solid works, and a well developed understand of statistics, calc 1-4, matrix opperations, game theory, probability, and chaos theory models)

Also slightly autistic, so I can pick up new things fast, and I can shit posting with the best of em

you really shouldnt have sent me that dic pic on an image board, so many people were lurking and saved it

also you really shouldnt send anyone dic pics in the first place

you need a standard if you wish to hold everyone to a standard

red tape can be used to bleed corruption out of the bureaucracy just as it can be used to grow corruption

having no record of it whatsoever is how true festering embedded corruption can grow and strengthen

as long as governments exist (sovereign entities with sole monopoly of force in a given area) a bureaucracy must be maintained to keep it in check (but the bureaucracy must never be above suspicion)

knowledge is power
t. statistician

its only a problem if you tripfag religiously every single day/thread

or do people really post enough info to get doxxed on an anonymous image board?

ya''ll need to look into the true chad portfolio: the Random n# of stocks, equal weights portfolio
(50<n<250)

if you have enough time to shitpost on 4chan, then you absolutely have enough time to get gains that beat every single index

>>11729514
good advice, you should be adding money every (timeperiod) to your portfolio if investing, its the best way to win

probably, most ive seen are randomized, even weight, reset positions monthly

random walk basically demands that a bunch of stocks that are truly random will beat one stock a majority of the time, but of course in real life there is always a few exceptions

and "random" stocks means true random, like throw darts at a newspaper, or let a 2 year old pick your stocks

I havnt done much testing of it with actual stocks though, i get enough of that crap in my fluid dynamics and thermo/heat transfer homework

two essential areas of study if you want to understand stock market prices
