Boring. "Anti-semitism" existed before Nazis as you know. You act like the average poor or poor white person blames jews 'scapegoating', when the reality is most of them are totally indifferent or don't even believe they're a group of people that exist outside of "some of them have funny hats". Yet I can find tens of thousands of books written by smarter than average men that all speak on jewry and jews negatively by rich/poor/whatever spanning hundreds/thousands of years. Alternatively, I can turn on a television, open up a newspaper, or walk down the street.
