My company wants to issue an internal coin, like a token for employees to collect for good work and other bullshit. I'm in charge of overseeing it and was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this or advice.

Just a simple as possible coin and blockchain. No mining, simple wallets, possibly premined with XXXXXX amount of coins that are just sent from the bosses wallet. I have a bit of programming experience and employees to help.

Anyone have any open source projects they know of or something like that? Anything really, just advise if you will. Pic unrelated.
