Frenchfags here. We're full on nuclear because based De Gaulle back then wanted France to be energy independant (for our electricity, at least). We don't have much ressources, no oil especially. A bit of coal, that's it. Uranium is also imported, but it's not much of a problem really, it's cheap. We're like almost 80% nuclear, a bit less that 10% Water barrages, and rest is whatever. Numbers changed a bit these past few years, but you get the idea. Unfortunately, greentards spouting the muh ''nuclear bad for the environment'' spouted everywhere,like anywhere. It's mostly zoomer tards, for once the boomers didn't buy that meme, and à bunch of our population understand nuke is good. It's shrinking by the years though.
