I know it's not really comparable, but I sell trading cards on ebay. Had 50 transactions so far and 0 complaints. I have to expect maybe 1% of transactions to have issues, be fraudulent, etc, but so far it's been smooth sailing. I don't even send them by tracked carrier, they're like $10-25 an order.
My point is: professionalism. Even though it's small potatoes, I'm not treating it as a get rich quick scheme. I'm treating it as a business, and you don't fuck with the people giving you their money. Happy customers are good customers.
