Oxygen tanks with a refill set-up or oxygen concentrators for pneumonia. (or go to the hospital/coof camp)
Antibiotics and or honey hot toddy for secondary bacterial infections.

If you get a fever the worst thing you can do is reduce it, let the body do its thing.
