Never had to return anything to Micro Center, but they are hard to beat. Knowledgeable staff and just about anything electronics, I believe the last thing I purchased there were some DuPont connectors, I don't know of any other big brick and mortar store(besides Fry's) that carries that. I love Micro Center, there is no reason to buy from anyone else unless there are no locations near you, surprisingly they are usually cheaper than big names like Amazon too for certain items and often have amazing deals. Reminds me of a MSI RMA I had during the crypto boom, had to RMA my R9 390 but since they didn't have replacement inventory they offered me a gtx 1070 which was pretty sweet.
