3. Buy only when there's blood in the streets. When half of this board is nothing but Pink Wojacks.

4. Stay away from shitcoins, even if you think you don't have enough money to invest to make a huge profit. I'm about to have enough disposable income even after maxing out my employer's 401(k) match to really start dumping into investments. As a 20-something I have a decently high risk tolerance. See anything wrong with this?

15% High dividend ETFs: NOBL, SPYD, VYM
5% High dividend stock/REITs: GECC?, T?, MSFT?, HCP?, IRM?

10% Agressive leveraged index ETF: UPRO, TQQQ
10% non-leveraged ETF: SPY, VOO, DIA, VTI, QQQ

10% Stocks/cash for daytrading or long-term hold: IBM, BRK.B, BLCN?

>20% real estate (apartment complexes)
>10% precious metals/whatever

I don't have time to constantly keep up for daytrading, so most of my portfolio would be long term holds. I'm mostly worried about holding 3x leveraged ETFs for years. Everyone says not to, but with only 10% of the portfolio in them is it really that much of a risk? Am I retarded?

The other half the time you see the TA signals like a completing cup and handle or head and shoulders and then the stock goes the other fucking way and TA fags just ignore this. Same as using knucklebones to predict the future.

That being said a few guys on Wall Street that are insider trading use TA as an alibi for getting information because their cousin golfs with the CFO. It's a total gimmick. If you don't think this happens then you are delusional.
