Maybe you simply don’t understand the concept. Here’s how I see it. Education and necessary items like cars and houses were affordable.
An easy example is one of my clients went to ASU for $500 a semester, and the college even gave her a job which paid for her tuition. Then there’s the countless other stories of people having enough money from minimum wage jobs to buy a house and a car. Look at our money... A 1964 dime which was 90% silver is worth about $1.50 now.
Thats my nutshell complaint. It’s almost 3:00am, I wish you a good night. Perhaps I shall dream of all of the boomers dying off and leaving us cheap houses to buy.
