Men in high paying careers like Accountant Partner at Deloitte or Tech Lead at google make an estimated 850k a year.

Meanwhile, the average techie or numbermonkey only makes around 70k a year. My mind boggles at the sheer discrepancy in salaries.

When you think about it, a top-tier government bureaucrat only makes like 200k a year, while the bottom tier sits around 46k a year (some of them, like state department worker, get government housing paid for in DC though which is okay considering DC rent is worse than new york).

Some of these salaries seem out there.
