Idk man, some spiritual part of me believes in the law of attraction and the power of positive thoughts.

I remember watching The Secret with my hippie mom when I was a kid. Years went by and I grew up. When I was a freshman in high school I saw a blue Mazda RX8 when I was waiting to get picked up. I had no idea what kind of car it was at the time. I bought an RX8 when I was a junior, but I didn't remember that it was the same car as the one I'd seen as a freshman until after I had bought it.
It was as if I had fulfilled that desire unconsciously, without realizing it.

Obviously there is no scientific basis for the "law" of attraction, but I do think there might be some enigmatic, indescribable process by which the subconscious influences you to attain what you consciously desire.

I find these posts entertaining. I feel it necessary to positively acknowledge the anonymous individuals that authored these posts, and I shall do so by using certain verbage. In this case, I will refer to the authors of the posts to which I am replying as "Based," a term commonly repeated within this online community to indicate an appreciation of the content it cites. Furthermore, I have decided to attach an image of a two-dimensional illustrated woman, quite a suggestive image I might add. While not relevant to the topic at hand, two-dimensional illustrated women drawn in the style depicted in the aforementioned image are appealing to me.
