It all comes down to activating your brains reward system. You need to get a chain of positive reinforcement going.
The way you can do this is to break down your goals into small achievable steps. Completing them successfully will give you back your sense of self-efficacy.

But first you need to formulate what it is that you really want. Many people fail here. Being just happy for example is not a practical plan it needs to be something specific.

You know, I wanted to believe in VeChain. Yet, now I hear moon won't be until probably June? What happened to the rebranding? I thought we were suppose to go 20x like NEO did after its ANS conversion.

If we don't at least 15x by the time the rebranding to VET happens, I'm out. I like VEN and the idea behind it, but these whales are literally sabotaging any potential for profits

I am pretty sure VeChain will go down for a few hours or maybe a day after the competition on binance ends

Was the same with tron although tron x3 after a couple of days again.
