Something awful happened to me at work today.

Yesterday evening I had a hard time sleeping and I didn't managed to sleep before 4am. So today I was very tired. I went for a shit at 2pm, and I fell asleep on the toilet seat.
I slept for 2 hours before waking up in TOTAL PANIC. When I went back into the open space my boss was FURIOUS. I do a job that involves taking calls from client and because I wasn't at my post when I should have been we lost a huge order to a competitor.
I couldn't admit I got asleep in the toilets to my boss so when he asked where I was I only managed to tell him that I 'went for a walk'. He told me to go home.

Has this ever happened to you? I don't know what to do,I don't feel brave enough to go back to work tomorrow.
