because when confornted with facts he just shills "i have insider info, POR financing incoming in the next 2 weeks, i have 28yrs experience trading penny stocks". This screams pnd. He never addressed the fact that this is a dogshit company. He was right about the court ruling maybe hes right about the POR financing. Maybe it pumps back to 0.008.

its a pnd. although the shill said to hold for min 90 days. reading pic related sounds like the CEO is scam artist. Company has a 2.9 billion outstanding share float. Probably will have to take out multiple loans and issue more shares to restart after emerging from Chapter V bankruptcy protection
