Yes. Thought this as well. I think the realization comes when you come to terms with the fact that God is ALL knowing ALL powerful for everything is made manifest through him. This is because God is a being of pure light quantum consciousness energy, as the Egyptians would say, the WILL OF THE ALL. So it explains quite nicely why the seraphim, have many wings, why in heaven supposedly some of the closest beings to God have the faces of animals. For many of these animals have the purest souls, and make up a part of the all, just wishing for and wanting peace for themselves and the world around them. Many other divine beings in the cosmos to a certain extent must be and are manifestations, or extensions of these angelic consciousnesses. In short, the way I like to see it is that free will doesn't really exist when the God topic comes up, essentially, you have free will in the microcosm of creation, yet in the upper macrocosm you don't really have free will, at least not yet....

So in effect, I think God knew there would be an evil in Heaven that would betray him in Heaven, and being the God he is, instead of just thinking them out of existence, he transmuted all their absolutely massive evil and negativeity into more good by using all the evil as his useful idiots. Out of this new good, new strenghth, heaven, the kingdom of God may not only extend into the material, adding a new rung even giving him a holy son, Christ, but also saved all souls possible, exterminated those unwilling to repent AND will use this place as the seed of knowledge in heaven so that no one may betray him in heaven again. AND use this new rung of light and peace and love as a sort of launchpad to eradicate all other evil from the rest of the fabric/manifestation.

Then we'll do it again after great peace and or God has deemed it. :)
