There are lots of discussions about how the next bullrun will be about utility and web3, but what exactly is web3? None of the "dApps" I've seen have been decentralized. Everything is hosted and controlled from a central location. How exactly is this decentralized?

In my opinion, cryptocurrencies should focus on being scalable and usable for commerce rather than this phony innovation that so many people like to promote.
