are bond stocks/etfs a better option than parking money in a bank account, or is it riskier since the value could drop? with the rate of inflation and all, i figured it would be better to have it do something over doing nothing.

i haven't done anything with the first one technically, most of my money has been sitting in the bank because i don't really consume. with the incoming $600 probably buy a new exhaust for my truck, and replace the radio.
