Yes. Saw PepePal when it was sub 100k mcap, got in a little later after waiting to see if it were legit, not looked back since. It's been staying at a stable 9c to 11c (650k-750k mcap) range for the past two weeks ahead of CEX launch tomorrow.

The Devs do have the money to force a CMC and CG listing too, they're just trying to it organically to spend more on the utility or more marketing. Just feels like a no brainer if you're willing to wait for, unironically, 2 more weeks.
