so what do you guys think is the best strategy for preparation? make as much gains from short term fed QE in stocks during clown market is obvious. but whats the best play to prepare for a ride to the bottom? thoughts on the following?

convert and amass precious metals and tangible assets and goods

is it better to be debt free or debt ridden to maximize your outcome during and post collapse? like say you open a new CC with a 0% APR for the next 18 months. would it be best to max it out right away in precious metals and every day goods like canned foods or ammo? or say you have student loans. is it better to pay them off ASAP before collapse, or wait until collapse, because your new paycheck will be $20,000 per month and you can pay off your pre-collapse ($100,000) college loans in like 5 months?

what about real estate? if you buy real estate now will you be fucked post collapse? or is it better to wait until people are desperate for bread money and the banks start forclosing and selling homes at rock bottom prices?

take out new loans right now for advanced degree or wait until collapse when schools will be forced to charge actual value tuition instead of inflated prices of today that all goes to bloated administration officials and welfare queens who are getting rich off the rip off tuition fees?
