Not him, but since he screenshotted my post i can answer you. 3 sous don't represent much, it's a tiny sum of money, but what's interesting is the bigger value bonds are often even cheaper to purchase and as plentiful on ebay. I added a pic for context to answer the anon back then, i repost it here.
