Why does both, but especially silver, look the same as fiat?

It performs just as badly against BTC as USD does. From Bitcoin's perspective, silver is fiat.

<-- The sort of chart comparison the jews don't want you to see. Picrel = when you compare charts where Bitcoin is measured in fiat versus charts where Bitcoin is measured in silver, you see the "Bitcoin measured in silver" charts look nearly identical to a BTCUSD chart (Bitcoin measured in Dollars). That's how poorly silver performs.

By the way, when you compare charts where Bitcoin is measured in fiat, versus charts where Bitcoin is measured in silver, you see that the "Bitcoin measured in silver" charts look nearly identical to a BTCUSD chart (Bitcoin measured in Dollars). That's how poorly it performs. Picrel.

>how is buying metals a threat to the banking cartels?
It's not. It's the exact opposite, especially silver; which is precisely why they promote it so much and shill the narrative you should go all-in on it -- notice also how many of the "buy metals only" shills (not talking about real anons from pre-2021 /pmg/) simultaneously (especially when they promote silver) also attack crypto.

They want anons who are aware fiat is going to shit and know they should do something to protect their funds to make the worst "investment" possible. That's why they shill silver in particular. They know that the absolute worst thing people can do to protect themselves from inflation is to "invest" in silver as it's the exact opposite of a hedge against inflation: it was $49 in 2011 and today it's crabbing around $26-$20 and that's with inflation having massively increased since 2011 and rising exponentially -- and it's even worse than that, as it was nearly $50 in 1980 and since 1980 inflation has increased even more than since 2011. So over time you actually lose wealth by holding silver. That's why they shill it.

And when you compare charts where Bitcoin is measured in fiat, versus charts where Bitcoin is measured in gold and silver, you see that the "Bitcoin measured in Gold" and "Bitcoin measured in Silver" charts look nearly identical to a BTCUSD chart (Bitcoin measured in Dollars). That's how poorly the metals perform. Picrel.

<--- pic reveals silver performs almost identical to fiat, compared to bitcoin

In other words from Bitcoin's perspective silver and gold are basically the same as fiat, that's how little they move.

And the same comparison but with Silver instead of Gold. Silver, too, looks very very very much like fiat. Shiny stablecoins.

>the precious metals shills are all paid bad actors
They're JIDF or something like that. The silver squeeze stuff on reddit always seemed suspicious. It all smells very jewy. The /pmg/ threads often smell very jewy. The pro-christianity stuff mixed in with the silver-shilling there is a huge red flag (hey goys buy silver because it's Yahweh's money, and check out these Yeshuah-themed silver bars, etc). Their goal is to steer people away from crypto. The people who are smart enough to know they ought to invest into something to protect their funds but aren't sure about crypto or think it's too complicated or fear it, it's that segment of the population they're targeting with the gold and silver (especially silver) shilling, trying to steer them away from crypto, towards the (in comparison) dead end of precious metals -- the "safe" and "kosher" investment as opposed to crypto. Notice how the metal shills are almost always simultaneously anti-crypto, or at the very least say that silver/gold will give you better gains (nothing could be further from the truth). Of course sometimes there are a few metal shills here who pretend to be pro-crypto, but it's pretty rare to see.
