these things always piss me off. No shit you have no money left over when you make 500k per year. Now that you made more money instead of saving or investing it, you bought newer nicer shit and are just fucking spending it. Things don't make you happy. If you're living the same way as you were when you made 50k but you just have a nicer car and house, obviously you're still going to feel average. So you have 7.3k left over EOY, great that's already a shitty start to an investment. We have a BMW 5 series and a toyota land cruiser. BMW costs about 54k and the land cruiser is about 86k. Combined total of 140k in cars alone? Giving wealth is important but that's not considering the fact that they're supposedly feeling financially inadequate. We remove all of that at best and boom we saved 18k, but we can be conservative and save half instead because they're retards. We now have 35k saved up to do whatever we want, not even counting the fucking 1.5M house we can sell and buy something 1/3 the price in full and have 0 mortgage, which could save another 60k per year. (which would also lower property taxes, and property insurance by a large amount. We will count it 1/3 since the house is 1/3 to make it easy to calculate.) So now we add 60k per year at 95.3k, we will keep the home maintenance at the same. 6.6k saved from the property taxes, and 833 for the insurance.
