The problems with this as a concept are myriad, it doesn't even have the utility of a motorcycle because at least with a motorcycle you can carry a passenger.

There are no reasons to buy this over a regular size car or motorbike, it has zero benefits over either and what's more it has been tried before and was laughed out of the room even then.

You need to either offer a single seater with large enough capacity for storage to make it useful for deliveries or a small vehicle with at minimum two seats but no storage capacity for short trips.
