I will have 8 residences.

.) Nice 500k-1 million dollar home on the water in New Buffalo Michigan. This is because of its close proximity to a large amount of family/ childhood friends.

.)No less 100 acre ranch in whats looking like Montana. This will be maintained full time by someone who isn't me and will be fully self sustaining. Could be thought if as a big out property though it will be used in non emergency situations. Not sure on budget for this home yet, Though will generate income and perhaps profit through some form of business.

.) 250-350k condo on the water in Puerto Rico. This will be for capital gains tax implications.

.) 2-3 million dollar home in San Clamente CA/,San Juan Capistrano/dana point. This will be in hills overlooking the ocean and in some sense could be thought of as the primary residence.

.) 500-1 million dollar small ranch overlooking the cliffs/ocean in Hana Hawaii.

.)vegas,- 500k house in the suburbs of Vegas for my mother to Live in.

.),mexico,- small home/farn in a rural area in case the US completely collapses. Will have someone with survival/farm training living there full time for free

.) Childhood home for sentimental value.

Most of these houses will be income properties that will attempt to cover/greatly reduce expenses by renting out onbairbnb. This is why so many of them are on the water. (Plus who doesn't like water)
