It's basically HEX with some major changes and some minor ones. And no Richard Heart. I feel like there's a lot of people who avoid HEX simply because of Richard Heart. Personally I wouldn't sleep on HEX but AXION is probably going to have a massive pump once mainnet hits. They say end of September, but I'm guessing October. Who knows.
