In my honest opinion, I would get out before earnings. There's maybe a 5-10% chance that earnings are not a big disappointment. They have a horrible earnings track record for more than a decade.. sure "this could be the one!" but it's unlikely..
If you believe in big data / PLTR for the longterm, then sure, buy after the earnings dip and long hold.. but buying now, days before earnings, after a massive spike up, during a massive irrational bull market gap up week.. see pic related
