Would you think im lying if spicy pineapple habanero is also one my favorite jams? It is very popular among the bugmen hotsauce fiends out here on the West Coast. I had pineapple habanero jam with a charcuterie board last year. It was made with some apple cider vinegar, it was god tier.
I think spicy n sweet jams are the best because their applications to savory foods and like meat is fantastic
