BTC has been bull market since march it will last until 2021-2022 if like last time stretched out 6 months to a year if the cycle keeps elongating.
Big events can jump start or slow down the process. Nothing looks like it can stop BTC once the market starts to buy into and sell the idea of supply shock increasing price. The miners love it and investors should love the transparency and ability to forecast future gains. This type of transparent store of wealth built with layers of math is new. The market is still discovering why decentralized and transparent = less need for trust. I could go all day about the ease of buying into BTC and how that increases demand and distribution health.

The CEX and market makers are in full alt bear season. They probably post the BTC pink wojaks here. This isn't news, everyone saw 2013-17 play out now the cycle repeats for 2018-22. Yeah we all know markets are cyclical.

How can you trade alts without getting rekt? Take profits in BTC, not even ETH. Have faith that BTC will reach your lower buy orders.
Stick to coins and exchanges with no or little discounts for whales/market makers/liquidity providers, exchanges call them different things.

Stay away from coins with big supplies, alt buyers are frugal and low in numbers right now.

DEX's like DDEX are becoming bigger because wash traders stick to the exchanges that pay them to do it based on volume. DEX's are better for beginners who just want to place a buy order in a legit market. They're transparent too. They're starting to offer deflationary cryptos around the time every currency is collapsing in an interest rate race to negative numbers.

Look at these cryptos and compare their volume, holders, supply, deflation rates, etherscans, telegram groups, order books.

You can become a whale in them easily if you jump in early enough. The order books are thin early but once they jump in price you can cash out without too much slippage. You need to study and compare them but It's basic math or tokenomics. You don't even make an account with these DEX's, burgers like me use a VPN.

if you get lucky, but these are guaranteed and pay over the long term. XRP can moon but it's worth less than it was at peak of the year it ICO'd in satoshi's. Long term these cryptos both pay and moon and that is rare. When you look at staking short term it's not that impressive compared to life insurance divs, REIT divs, stock divs but long term you have deflationary assets with guranteed profits being always poured into them.
