The system doesn't fully support fractionals, so 200,000 * .5 isn't 100,000. It is 200,000 in the books, which is why it is also not in the books.
Fractionals/partials ONLY exist on markets that are separate from the actual market, so selling them does zero downward pressure, not to mention everyone is just countering the fractal sale by doing a buy of 10 shares minimum anyways.
It takes CS like a week for anything to happen, so all these fractal sales will appear next week.

I doubt the market is going to go down, actually, I see the markets bumping up a bit, and it will prove that not only did CS not affect the market (again, fractionals aren't supported) but that the shares being released from fractional hell were truly non-existent anyways, you know... for "operational efficiency" :^)
