I've started with this. It's only good if you're staring from zero since it's basic and explained in absolute brainlet terms but the guy was autistically funny at times so I loved it.

It's better now specifically because it's got so big. The demand for people is much higher than it ever was - every fucking coffee shop for some reason decided that they need their own app and a website, there's tons of courses, bootcamps and all kinds of free learning resources. You have to be in absolute denial to claim that it's hard to get a job in IT nowadays. And if you're worth even something and have slightly above average skills the recruiters will eat you alive.

I have some experience so it's not a good indication of noob recruitment opportunities but nonetheless I get at least two messages on LinkedIn every goddamn week. And it's not like I have some rockstar google/amazon profile, I'm just an average guy. If that's not a high demand I don't know what is.
