and it will continue to heat up, maybe the countries will just blow off steam and relax. Or maybe an external negotiator (US, EU, etc.) will have to step in and gently remind Korea and Japan that they need to work together to help contain China.
The worst I see it getting between Korea and Japan is where they aren't speaking with each other (withdraw ambassadors), or maybe citizens of one country are getting intimidated/harassed in the other country.
in that case it just makes it easier for Beijing to exert even more power in the pacific, they can move towards taking disputed islands?
As far as I know all the east-Asian countries really want to claim these little islands, but it's like a Mexican standoff between them.

Just diversify, if you hold just those tickers, regardless of allocation it's pretty risky,
buy other stuff, buy index ETFs, etc
some of those don't pay dvvies at all
