Let's not beat round the bush; today was a shat. Hell even the rates are falling. My emergency fund's rate got cut from 4.35% to 4.25%. Still loads fatter than what my primary bank forks out though. In an effort to turn today's shat fest into some sort of positive win I bagged some more SCHB.

Another day. Of napping at my desk and bagging more cheap shares.

Good. I like seeing my savings accounts actually paying out something for once. Aside; be prepared for the invasion!. Two swarms of cicadas is on the prowl. First time in over 200 years both swarms have attacked at once. Watch them mate and give birth to a mutant 3rd swarm! (Hey as fucked as things are now who knows?)

Another day of blah. Which is a good thing. The less stress and whatnot your under the more apt you are to live a long life. Currently I punt 11.6% of my salary towards retirement. Actually more due to my emergency fund getting punted into (which don't exist cause the money goes one way) and my brokerage account which is just "there" for the ride. So I just do "nothing" year after year while the countdown clock to retirement day ticks on.

Another day. Another day of getting paid to do "nothing" for 8hrs. Honestly this is how it went; admired my female co-worker's assets on full display due to the nice weather, took in the solar eclipse, dozed at my desk,and walked around the office building. Checked my e-mail on occasion just so you know uh I could say I legit did do something.

Another day. Relaxing by watching some fan made Star trek EP on Youtube. Sad that some of it is actually better done than the big budget stuff cranked out by Paramount. Also backed up my server. Hey I sleep better at night knowing my uh collection of hentai manga and other things is nice and safe. Hows this financial related? Time's money man. It'd take me ages to restore it all from the ground up assuming I even could. Some of it's uh 20+ years old.
