you just described nano in fact. BTC has fees ($10 atm), takes 30 minutes to an hour to send, and isn't private really. Nano isn't private either, but both can be mixed. Nano is free due to its lightweight and super efficient design, and is instant for the same reason. As BTC grows larger the time and cost associated per transaction increases. Nano is built to remain feeless and instant at any level of adoption.

NANO has a working product, HOT has promise but we need to see if they can demonstrate what they promise. Both are highly disruptive of current technology which means serious potential gains if adopted.
