Seriously what the fuck is this market even up to. We all know that:

>BTC goes down, alts go down
>BTC goes up, alts go down
>BTC tests new local high, alts get slaughtered

But right now BTC has literally just been flapping around in a +/- 2% range around 11800, which is still like 20% lower than the local high we saw a couple months ago. It hasn't been doing ANYTHING that should be causing alts to turtle up like they've been doing. What fucking gives?

Someone stole my World of Warcraft account for $100 and sold it to this guy with my paypal account to get myself permabanned.

Long story short, I got my World of Warcraft account back and the buyer said he was going to chargeback the $100 off my paypal account. The same person that sold my account without my consent bought something with those $100, so I literally don't have the $100.

How do "chargebacks" even work? Also, he said he was going to chargeback a week ago but I still have all the money on my paypal.

Is Paypal assuming the "loss"? What happens if I just spend the rest of the paypal money and close the account?
