An Archive node is a node that allows you to verify every single piece of information, with no pruning.
What is the point of running one for Eth or Bitcoin? The size is multiples of a pruned full node.

Want to start a business with an acquaintance. I'm the IT person/developer, he's the person doing business development, looking for clients and maintaining a relationship with them.

He found the first project that I'll do, and we agreed on a 50% equity split with vesting to prevent anyone of walking away prematurely. The proceeds from the first project will fully go towards developing the company. Hiring developers for when the guys finds more projects that I won't be able to handle myself.

The thing is, I don't need to earn anything due to crypto wealth, and he has a family and wasn't as fortunate with money as I was. He basically needs to have a salary. I desperately want to avoid having an unequal equity split due to psychological factors.
How do I make him 'earn a salary', while making him have the 50% of vested shares without the thing it feeling loopsied against me? Don't want to straight-up give him one due to the equity split not making sense then.

Should I compensate by naming myself as the CEO? Look for external investors? Take a loan for the company? Or should I just suck it up and give him the money, by for example making him a salaried board of director? Or should I simply take the majority of equity, because it won't be as demotivating as I think it'll be.

So I save 35%, 51% if I include to mortage payment. I allow myself to spend 10% on things I like or need.

It all depends what you want to achieve with your money.

What are your goals.
