I have no desire to buy anything. A few years back this was unconceivable, I wanted a new computer build for gaming, a new car, maybe go travelling, invest in property. After 2 years of working in my first job I have enough funds that I can basically buy anything I want. But I don't want to. How does one become successful in the hedge fund / finance industry if one does not have good social skills. After watching the billions, im convinced that one has have strong verbal communication skills/persuasive/manipulative, analogy, basically have to sound smart in a way to gain advantage. as you can tell, i am also not very good at explaining things. i havnt socialized since high school because of insecurity that is not fixable. im a pretty reserved person,and also dont know how to use fancy words, or how to have small talk. how tf do i be successful if i cant do the most basic thing ? to communicate and socialize with people ? up to a point you have to kno how to make connections to gain advantage no ?

Been going through tough times lately. My life is mostly good on the outside. I make good money, have a place to live and food to eat, love music and crypto of course. My battle is really just an internal one. Its becoming unbearable and I need to handle my shit before I go overboard here. I feel like I have tried everything, but nothing quite does the trick. I've tried therapists, medication, nofap, microdosing, mineral and vitamin memes, you name it. I get 8 hours of sleep and go to the gym every other day.

I dont have many good friends I can rely on and haven't gotten laid in about a year. Some of this might have something to do with it. I cant stand hanging with people tho. They are all so obnoxious and bland. Dating apps are a flop since I am a 6/10, but can do pretty well if people meet me irl.

Anyone tried anything that works? This shit has hovered over my life since I can remember and I can't stand it anymore.
