For Pan Man and TAnon, on Moneta Porcupine Mines (since you two are the only ones I'm aware of who know about this company besides me): I sent an inquiry about the civil lawsuit mentioned in their MD&A last week and just got a reply from their IR guy. I'll copy-paste it for you guys here:

-------
>Anon
>Thank you for the inquiry.

>In regards to the outstanding lawsuit, this is for land over the old historical Moneta Mine site in Timmins which operated in the 1930’s and 1940’s.
>The land was acquired by individuals from the city and the land title clearly stated that historical workings existed below the surface. However some people ignored this and built anyway. There was a small subsidence and 2 buildings had to be abandoned. Both parties sort damages from Moneta. One case has been withdrawn and we do not see merit in the second. Note that the claim is not for a large amount of money (land in Timmins is not expensive) but we feel confident in our stand as has already been shown in one of the claims, hence why we do not carry any provision in our financials.
>We are currently waiting to hear back on this and there has been no activity in some time. The claim has been lodged in Sudbury.

>I hope this explains in sufficient detail.
>Should you have any further queries about the company please do not hesitate to contact us.

>Regards
>Gary

So TL;DR some city folks bought land and built buildings despite land title clearly stating that there're underground workings on the property. Two buildings began sinking and had to be abandoned and the lawsuits are these city folks demanding payment from ME. As you might know already, one of the cases has been pulled and the other one doesn't have merit. Also the lawsuit that is still up hasn't been active for a while either.

Seems like there's no problem at all here!

If you really want to learn just go look at their corporate presentation and do some DD yourself lmao, it's really not that hard and doesn't require a lot of effort plus you won't be deceived or lead astray by anybody over here. Just some cursory scrolling through the company should give you a lot of info.

Posting from my computer now. I only sold 100 shares. Still hold 100. I thought about the potential gains I could get with PGM and came to the conclusion that I needed to put more money into ME instead, because that one has a lot to gain. Up about 50% with that stock now and I believe I'll get 100% of my initial investment by end of week at this pace. PGM I expect to maybe double or triple in half a year, and yes I'm also aware of the "8 Zone".

Sure I might be wrong and PGM might go up even more than that but for me my transactions today were a result of weighing an undervalued company to a fairly valued one, and I chose the undervalued one.

By the way did you ever have the chance to look at Moneta Porcupine? I'm currently in the process of DD'ing them and am still very bullish although a mention of an old lawsuit in their financial statements made me curious. Couldn't find anything regarding it (found something on another one but that was dropped). I wonder if you noticed this, provided you looked at the company yet of course.

Not trying to pressure you to make the work for me or anything of course, but if you did have a look I just felt like asking you whether you saw that or maybe even found some official documents on that.
