Could really use some advice

Going to be studying Physics at a top Ivy League University. I am not sure what career path I want to go down.

If it matters, I have ENTJ personality and really want to leave mark in world.

Reccomendation for careers, such as pursuing MD/PhD or just MD or PhD in Condensed Matter Physics?
Any specific skills that you reccomend that I learn, or tips on getting internships, especially with Research Labratories?
