A big issue with PND is that it has absolutely no technical contribution. Zero, nada, nothing, it's just a dumb DOGE clone. So, I propose to innovate a little by changing the current ridiculous random value. Instead, I propose to use a block reward function that depends both on the block number and block difficulty. First, the reward goes down incrementally in each block instead of the brutal halvings. Some other coins already have this. Second, the reward increase with the block difficulty. The idea for this is to discourage miners with low hashrates when difficulty is high, and prevent a few users getting huge amounts of coins when the difficulty is low.

The formula I suggest would be: reward(index, difficulty) = 2500*(difficulty*hashpsfactor)^0.3*exp(-x/50000)

The first plot shows the block reward progression assuming a constant difficulty of 5 in the next 6 months. The second plot shows the reward for block 40000 depending on the difficulty (from 1 to 50).

This is not very difficult to implement in a hardfork. What do you think.
