Looking for a paypal BTC vendor, my current vendor charges a 15% premium that can get quite annoying when buying from DNM.

I'm under 18 so I can't register with most exchanges, hence the problem.

I appreciate there is a higher possibility of getting scammed with this method, I pay in increments with new vendors to mitigate this risk.
