good advice anon. that's interesting, i hadn't considered that, because i guess it felt so viscerally real? but i'm definitely aware of the "don't go into the light" theory about how there's a sort of reality-reincarnation matrix that's part of the blockade on Earth by the demiurge/archons/annunaki etc, supposedly based around Saturn which is some kind of hyperdimensional technology (hence the hexagon on its north pole/black cube symbolism- it keeps us locked in this 3d reality). iirc the moon is supposed to be a relay station for the Saturn matrix. i'd also heard the things about how the bad guys impersonate your relatives when you first die and are greeted at the gateway to the afterlife or whatever, in order to trick you...

but my intuition was, and is, that it was real. there's definitely some mechanism/bureaucracy underlying the whole reincarnation thing. If this is a topic that interests you I'd highly recommend the book "Journey of Souls" by Dr. Michael Newton. The gist of it is, he's a psychotherapist who got interested in past-life regression after starting to use hypnotherapy and getting testimony from clients about their past lives. Eventually, some higher entities started talking to him through his clients and he would hypnotize them to the point of their death, and they told him about the process of reincarnation, it sounds pretty neat- like our souls are working on the same issues across multiple lifetimes, and often we incarnate with the same people multiple times, but in different roles.

it's a pretty quick read because most of it is case studies/ transcripts of patients talking under hypnosis. the between-lives place sounds cool, kinda like Hogwarts or something. i just saw the new Pixar movie (Souls?) incorporates a bunch of this stuff, I'm pretty sure the creators read this book or were inspired by it
