Yeah Rivian was a fail at first, but I bought back into it after the Amazon/Ford deal crash because I fantasize about dropping my old Saab convertible onto that factory EV chassis they promised. Plus my work ute. Plus some other shitbox I'll find and maybe a small tractor or two for light farm duties. I love the electric future but hate the heavy bulbous auto-driving SUV shit that Tesla etc crank out

When I retire at ~80 years old, I plan to be cruising around in a weaponized version of my dads 1984 Datsun Bluebird with full manual controls instead of the mandated Google Autopod. Do you feel?
