FED looks at PCE because it's easier to bring down. The basket is a bit different from normal inflation. Shelter for example isn't such a big deal in PCE which benefits FED and makes their job much easier.

The market keeps pumping because it keeps getting good news. The rates are not restrictive (I would even say they are conducive for mega caps) and inflation is low enough for even FED to be pretty dovish. The economy has stabilized and tech is growing exponentially. The market just wants to keep pumping

Microsoft and OpenAI cucked the model so that it doesn’t allow for gore. I can cheese it a bit but it will outright refuse most of the gore verbs and the context aware final scan if a generated image will refuse to serve you any particularly violent images you do trick it jnto generating.
