Many such cases. What the hell is going on with colleges and music degrees? These kids aren’t idiots either - some of them went to top music schools and when it comes to concerts they always sound like shit. Why?

Don't put the bad holdover job in your resume. Say you took care of your mother/father when they were sick/broken legs, and that you took time to pick a new job to be discerning because you wanted a good career. Make up a story about your last job promising you overtime but didn't give it, idk. This shit isn't hard!
