If you're serious and you're in that much debt assuming you have no capital to pay it off you should actually go bankrupt. What are you going to do at 18 realistically? I feel absolutely mediocre, but I'm in a way better spot than I was a few months ago, I was in a similar situation to you OP. Spent 2 years of my life chasing after the military, joining up, only to be discharged for "adjustment disorder" after an injury in basic training that kept me on base for 3 months. The year following that was the lowest point in my life and I developed actual physical reactions due to what I assume was anxiety or depression. Never got help, never going to.


Long story short, just do both. Go look at the programs provided by Wester Govenor's University, they aren't a meme college despite being online and their degree programs are fairly respected, they will provide up to the master's level education for community college prices and is regionally accredited assuming you live in the US. If you don't find an online college similar to this and work in a job that is devoid of most stress until you finish.


Look at it this way OP, we have a few options. We can find a decent trade if you're the physical labor type and don't mind doing that shit until you're 65, or you can cut the shit and get into your career later than most. Or you can do nothing at all and become one of those 70 year olds that you see bagging groceries or boxing pizzas for college students. You're the only one that can make this choice
