If you believe at all in the long-term viability of crypto and the market as a whole, you'd be a complete and undeniable brainlet to not see arguably the easiest 100x in the entire market during the next bullrun.
I'm not saying that long-term FTM or any coin should be worth 100x what it is, but in a bullrun irrational things happen and Fantom foundation have achieved what ETH 2.0 is looking to do, but they're already better than ETH 2.0. ETH 2.0 wants to have staking and greater speed, well FTM already has a working proof of stake network with smart contracts that have a 2 fucking second finality. Not 2 second transaction speed or a "block" every 2 seconds, 2 second FINALITY, meaning your transaction is permanent, final, and irreversible after 2 seconds unlike a traditional blockchain where a longer chain could at any point in time take over the network and void all prior transactions (like when cz binance was talking about reverting the BTC chain after the binance hack and it almost fucking happened).
